RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Helly Riri, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please carefully read our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy before placing an order.
1. CHANGE OF MIND / SIZE / FIT
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, fit, or personal preference, eligible returns are accepted in the form of store credit or exchange only.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, fit issues, or preference-based returns.
Return or exchange requests for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind purchases must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for inspecting and trying on items upon delivery.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Once issued, store credit cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be shipped back within 5 days of return approval,
- be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered,
- have all original tags attached,
- be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear,
- be returned in original packaging where possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender.
3. NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:
- sale or discounted items,
- custom-made or made-to-order products,
- gift cards,
- items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item along with your order number.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Helly Riri reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or store credit request that does not comply with the above conditions.

All complaints, return requests, refund requests, warranty claims, disputes, and customer service matters must be submitted exclusively via email.

Requests, complaints, refund inquiries, return claims, warranty claims, or disputes submitted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger, comments, direct messages, or any other social media platform may not be reviewed, processed, or considered official submissions.
Social media channels are intended for general information and sales inquiries only.
For legal and record-keeping purposes, only communication conducted through our official support email will be considered valid and binding.
