RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY<\/h1>

At Helly Riri<\/span>, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please carefully read our Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy before placing an order.<\/p>

1. CHANGE OF MIND \/ SIZE \/ FIT<\/h3>

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, fit, or personal preference, eligible returns are accepted in the form of store credit or exchange only<\/strong>.<\/p>

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, fit issues, or preference-based returns.<\/p>

Return or exchange requests for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind purchases must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for inspecting and trying on items upon delivery.<\/p>

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue<\/strong>.<\/p>

Once issued, store credit cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund.<\/p>
